Reporting to the Director of Corporate Affairs, you will lead a small and motivated development team.  Working closely with the Executive team and senior managers to contribute to the leadership of the Trinity Laban, you will play a key role in achieving ambitious fundraising targets.

You are confident in your ability to operate at this strategic level and have substantial experience of working with philanthropists to deliver highly successful income generating activities.  To succeed in this role, you will be an inclusive and collaborative leader with experience of motivating teams, and your innovative approach and entrepreneurial spirit  helps you to achieve outstanding results.  Your approachable manner will help you quickly gain the trust of those around you, and inspire donors to support Trinity Laban and our work in developing outstanding creative talent.
