We are looking for an Individual Giving Officer who is eager to learn and develop their skills, to join our team based at our Head Office in Vauxhall, London.

Working closely with the Senior Individual Giving Officer, you will collaborate with media, creative and digital agencies, as well as internal teams and colleagues, to execute campaigns that bring awareness and new supporters to Leonard Cheshire.

About the team

Our small but mighty Individual Giving team sits within the wider Marketing & Fundraising directorate. We’re friendly, dynamic and have ambitious targets which this role will play a critical part in achieving.

About you

You’re experienced – you’ve previously worked on direct marketing campaigns across a range of channels (e.g. inserts, paid social, mailings), in not-profit-profit or commercial organisations, and have proven experience of delivering them on time and to budget.

You know how to bring out the best in agencies – you’ve worked with creative, media, digital or print agencies, and can expertly manage their different styles to deliver best-in-class fundraising campaigns.

You’re passionate about testing and learning – you’re confident using databases to pull results, review findings, and apply learnings to drive performance on future campaigns.
