An exciting opportunity has arisen with the Scottish SPCA for a Fundraising Manager to join the Fundraising and Income Generation Department to provide hands on leadership and direction for all aspects of community, events and SME/business as well as promoting individual giving across the Society.

Reporting to the Director of Fundraising & Marketing, the Fundraising Manager will have a diverse knowledge of all aspects of general fundraising practice, processes and performance measurement including community, events and corporate income streams.  An up to date understanding of digital technologies, brand, marketing and audience segmentation to inform and influence income growth for the Society is required.

This role will manage a diverse range of fundraising specialisms, and candidates will drive employee engagement and development within the Fundraising and Income Generation Team.

Interested candidates will be educated to degree level with a relevant qualification in business, sales or fundraising and will have a proven track record of leading and developing high budget income generation activity and teams.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, 35 hours per week with occasional evening and weekend work.

 A UK driving licence is essential.
