Digital Marketing Officer

The Scottish SPCA, Scotland’s animal welfare charity, is seeking to recruit a Digital Marketing Officer to work in our Fundraising Marketing team, helping to deliver the Society’s ambitious strategy and vision.

Overseeing the Society’s digital marketing activities and ensuring their alignment to e-commerce, fundraising and campaign activity is central to this role.  This is a great opportunity for candidates with established digital marketing skills to help develop our e-commerce business to maximise donations, support the expansion of our strategy and provide our campaigns with key data-driven insight.

We are seeking applicants who have a proven track record in target-driven digital marketing or e-commerce related roles.  Knowledge of content management systems, tracking and attribution systems and monitoring tools such as Google Analytics is essential. 

The ideal candidate will be creative, innovative and passionate, an excellent verbal and written communicator, able to generate original copy and a superb proof reader with an eye for design.  Data analysis and interpretation skills are also a key aspect of this role.

A full UK driving licence is required.

The full-time role, based at the Society’s headquarters in Dunfermline, is 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, with opportunity to work from home and occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
