Events Team Manager

Martin House provides vital care and support to babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their families. Our work spans across Yorkshire, supporting families to celebrate the very best in life when faced with the very worst, both in their local communities, and in our Hospice in Boston Spa.

Due to internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced and driven events specialist to join our team in what is an exciting period of development. Key responsibilities of this role will include leading the events team to deliver the Martin House events strategy and operational plan, deepen the engagement of our supporters through excellent stewardship and grow this key income line.

We are looking for an energetic candidate who will have in-depth knowledge and experience of the events arena in both challenge and special events. You will be comfortable managing and delivering income budgets in excess of £500k and be an effective communicator, with the ability to build and influence relationships at all levels. If you are looking to flourish in a high-profile environment, our team is supportive and passionate with substantial fundraising experience.
