The Direct Marketing Manager plays a significant role in developing and delivering the digital streams of our donor recruitment strategy. You will maximise supporter recruitment opportunities using a range of digital channels (with a strong emphasis on Facebook) and will lead a team to deliver against ambitious targets and work to maximise opportunities for innovation and development.

To secure this role:

Since the majority of the work that you will be responsible for is delivered via Facebook, we are looking for someone with extensive experience using Facebook ad manager. This will be essential to guide your team in their day-to-day work, and to ensure any strategy is based on knowledge of the core tools. You will have solid direct marketing experience, exceptional project management skills and the self-assurance to make data-led recommendations for effective fundraising campaigns.
