The RSPB is looking for a Prospect Researcher to join our ambitious High Value Partnerships team.

Salary starting at: £25,463 to £27,585 per annum, pro rata
Hours: Part time, 22.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

Based within a fast growing team, you will be responsible for leading our research in a number of areas including major donors, corporates and trusts. You will have the opportunity to build on previous work that was undertaken, while bringing a fresh, new approach to research into high value sources at the RSPB. As the team seeks to more fully develop its major donor pipeline, you will also support the newly created mid-value fundraising role.

With a prospect research background, you will have existing skills and experience in effectively researching high value sources to support applications and asks to this audience. You will have a comprehensive knowledge of GDPR and how to ensure the organisation is mindful of its responsibilities in this space.

As an ambitious fundraising team, looking to grow our income significantly in the next few years, we are keen to recruit someone who shares our passion and commitment and who understands the importance of relationship building. We would love to hear from candidates who have the appropriate skillset coupled with an appreciation of the natural environment and the threats it is under.
