Fundraising Manager - Trust and Foundations

We now have an exciting opportunity for a trusts and foundations specialist to join our successful and established team at Fundraising Manager level. The ethos of our fundraising team is about collective commitment to our mission, hungry for success on an individual level but supporting each other as required and enjoying and celebrating each other's efforts. Together we've secured around £3 million in the last 12 months to support young people through our programmes and membership development work. We're in a crucial stage of the team's development as we build to ensure we have the strategy and capacity to support the whole organisation's plans for 2020-23.

We are looking for an experienced trusts and foundation specialist with a track record of securing six figure funds from grantmakers and public sector contracts; a fundraiser with outstanding writing and communication skills and the knowledge of UK and London grantmakers to take our market analysis work forward. We expect you to have the relationship and project management skills to work independently with our delivery staff to write and take the lead on major new proposal ideas.
