Job Description

Individual Giving Manager

You will join our client as an Individual Giving Manager. Leading a small team focused on the database, supporter services and Individual giving stewardship, this role is responsible for executing annual direct marketing plans to acquire, engage and deliver income from existing and new supporters to ensure their supporter journeys are maximising lifetime value and that new supporters are stewarded towards further engagement.

Individual Giving Manager Responsibilities:

Working with the Head of Marketing you will identify opportunities for increasing individual giving income and acquiring data. You will lead the creative development of their magazine and work with the communications and marketing team to ensure campaign and product visibility across all digital and offline platforms. You will develop and produce strong and compelling direct marketing propositions and materials for a wide range of media.

Individual Giving Manager Requirements:

- Considerable experience of developing and implementing direct marketing strategies and plans to recruit, engage, retain & inspire donors.
- A sound knowledge and understanding of individual giving strategy and income streams.
- A proven track record of success working with others, with the ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver high quality results to deadlines.
- Experience in annual and campaign budget management and reporting financial performance against targets.
- Significant experience of databases and data / financial processes.

Job type: Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £25,300 to £28,463 per annum depending on experience
