MS-UK is a small national charity dedicated to empowering people with multiple sclerosis (MS) to live healthier and happier lives by improving the understanding of MS and providing support where it is needed most. The Trust and Foundations Fundraiser role sits within our fundraising team that is currently a team of four. You will responsible for securing funds from charitable trusts, foundations and other grant-making bodies enabling MS-UK to provide more support to more people affected by MS.

You will have considerable experience in successfully securing funds from trusts, foundations and other grant-making bodies. As well as an understanding of ‘how trusts and foundations work’ and be adept in building and maintaining relationships with funders.

Writing compelling proposals will come naturally to you as will your ability to work well across the charity and proactively manage your own workload.

This position is a part time role of 16 hours a week (days and times to be agreed) and is based at our office in Colchester, Essex.

The salary is £28,000 pro rata per annum.
