Trust Fundraiser

We're looking for an enthusiastic, creative and self-motivated Trusts Fundraiser to join our team and help us achieve our vision of a Scotland in which single parents and their children are valued and treated equally and fairly.

OPFS is the leading charity working with single parent families in Scotland. Our mission is to work with and for single parent families, providing support services that enable them to achieve their potential and help create lasting solutions to the poverty and barriers facing many single parents and their children. 

You will have a passion for persuasive copy that will secure income from grant making trusts and foundations as part of a supportive and growing team.  Ideally, you will have proven ability to manage a trusts income stream, through building relationships with existing and new trust supporters. You'll be naturally inquisitive and always keen to learn and develop your skills, keeping abreast of trends and developments in the grant-making field. 

The expectation is this post will be home-based until such time as we can safely return to office working. The role will then be based within our Edinburgh office and will include occasional travel across Scotland.
