This is an incredible opportunity to be part of an organisation that is finding solutions to the greatest environmental problems facing our planet. As part of the world’s principal independent conservation organisation, we want you to play a key role in helping bring our organisation closer to our supporters and the broader public by providing strategic and tactical insight to help unlock potential as well as drive impactful delivery of our audience engagement.

We have ambitious goals to increase our support and income over the next few years, and data analytics will be key to delivering this strategy. As Analytics Insight Manager, you will collaborate with colleagues to deliver analysis to support the planning, delivery and evaluation of our supporter engagement activities. We will look to you to help to us to deliver a more relevant and engaging experience for our supporters, which better meets their needs.

You must have extensive experience of deriving actionable insights from data sets to improve supporter targeting, optimise supporter journeys and/or drive engagement strategies. You will understand relational database structures and be able to query and transform data using SQL script and data visualisation tools, such as Tableau or Power BI. You will also be highly experienced in report and/or dashboard creation and be comfortable using different tools, such as FastStats, SPSS, SAS or Tableau to analyse data.

Experience of CRM systems, CRM modelling techniques as well as test planning and implementation would be an advantage.

Calm under pressure, you will be an effective project manager with good communication and presentation skills, an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task.
