Philanthropy Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Philanthropy Manager to join our Partnerships & Philanthropy Team. You will play a critical role in helping to generate £1m total income next year, including funding from new and existing high value Trusts and Foundations as well as the implementation of our new Major Donor programme.

As we look to build a long term sustainable portfolio of high value relationships, you will work to secure the support of new Trusts and Foundations above £25,000, whilst also stewarding our existing funders at that level.  You will also be responsible for the line management of our Philanthropy Officer and their work on our mid-level Trusts and Foundations Programme and our new Major Donor programme.

With demonstrable success in securing and stewarding high value Trusts and Foundations and with experience of Major Donor programmes, you will be driven by achieving financial targets, adept at working with colleagues to develop and deliver winning cases for support, and skilled at managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
