A new opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to join our team on a fixed term basis, has arisen for the role of Major Gifts & Partnership Officer. 

Major Gifts & Fundraising Partnerships Officer
Location: Bosham, West Sussex
FT Scale: £21,900 - £22,667 per annum
Hours: Flexible work pattern options considered (Full Time or Part Time)
Contract: 9-12 months Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

Reporting to the Major Gifts and Partnership Manager the successful candidate will support raising money from charitable trusts, corporate partnerships and high net worth individuals. 

Researching potential funders the role holder will be highly motivated to identify new opportunities as well as developing existing relationships. In addition, you will possess excellent communication skills and be required to write compelling fundraising propositions to charitable trusts as part of the fundraising strategy.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in this field of fundraising with practical experience of trust and foundations, corporate fundraising and major donors. Experience of broader fundraising principles is desirable.
