Digital Product Manager – Fundraising Responsibilities:

The Digital Product Manager plays a key role in supporting the Digital Fundraising team to help futureproof the Society’s digital fundraising offer.

In this dynamic and high-profile role, the Digital Product Manager will work closely with the Senior Digital Fundraising Manager on meeting income and conversion rate targets for digital fundraising products, and will lead on the planning, scoping and delivery of improvements.

The principal areas managed by the Digital Product Manager are the event and donation platforms, as well as the associated payment gateways (Braintree and PayPal). The Digital Product Manager’s role is to balance user needs with business objectives, and will act as a consultant for wider digital fundraising initiatives across the organisation.

The Digital Product Manager is responsible for managing external partners, suppliers and stakeholders, and acts as a bridge between Fundraising teams and technical delivery stakeholders, bringing workstreams together to achieve stakeholder satisfaction and meet requirements.

The role supports the Digital Fundraising team initiative of embedding a culture of digital skills, as well as a user-centred product management culture within Fundraising. The Digital Product Manager also proactively identifies viable additions to add to the Digital Fundraising team portfolio.

Digital Product Manager – Fundraising Requirements:

We are looking for a proactive individual with a positive can-do attitude and excellent problem-solving skills. You will have a background in planning, scoping and delivering digital propositions to market and managing the product in-life.

You will be a confident and open-minded communicator who is comfortable with change, as well as reporting to stakeholders across all levels.

You are someone that adopts a commercial-eye towards your work and is ambitious about securing competitive advantage.
