Over the past 12 months the Above & Beyond fundraising and marketing team has seen a large increase in support for the charity. We are expanding the team to maintain momentum and continue to deliver a fantastic service to our supporters.
Working closely with the Supporter Care Coordinator, you will play a key role supporting the team and helping to provide excellent stewardship and supporter care to donors. You will help administer our fundraising activities, ensuring our fundraising database is up-to-date and donations are processed via a range of payment methods.
You’ll have an excellent telephone manner and solid administrative experience with a proven eye for detail. You will bring warmth and diplomacy to this incredibly special role.
You will be reporting to the Individual Giving and Legacy Manager but will have opportunities to work across the team and the fundraising and marketing portfolio. This role will offer you wonderful opportunities to develop your experience alongside warm and supportive colleagues.
Please note: at this time Above & Beyond staff are predominantly working from home to limit the numbers in the office at any one time. However, there is the expectation that the successful candidate will be based at the office, where there are COVID-19 safety precautions in place, for one day a week.
Hours per week: 37 | Temporary contract (3 months initially with the potential for extension)
