Location: Hybrid role, including some time at our Head Office in central Reigate

Active Prospects is recruiting for a Fundraising Manager to join our award-winning team!.

We are a Surrey-based charitable organisation supporting around 200 people each year with learning disabilities, mental health needs and autistic people to live aspiring lives. We were proud to be named the top large care employer in the UK in the Great Places to Work survey in 2023.

We’re looking for a talented, energetic fundraiser to manage the delivery of our fundraising strategy. The successful candidate will have at least three years’ fundraising experience and be able to demonstrate a track record of meeting income targets in two or more fundraising disciplines, and growing and managing a supporter base.

You don’t have to have experience in all areas of fundraising, as long as you can demonstrate success in at least two fundraising disciplines, and you have the potential and appetite to grow in the role.

You’ll be part of a close-knit, supportive team and will need to be a team player with the ability to build excellent relationship with a diverse range of colleagues, and individual and corporate supporters.

As an employee of Active Prospects, you will receive the following benefits:

- Competitive Salary of £39,520.00 per anum

- 26 days holiday plus bank holidays

- Employee Assistance Programme

- Membership of a defined contribution pension scheme

- Blue Light Card (access to discounts in retails, holidays, etc)

- Hybrid working of working from home/working in the office
