Salary:  £35,000 per annum pro rata (initial 9 month contract – with possible extension)

Based: Please note that in response to COVID-19, All We Can staff are currently working from home until the end of the year and a return to the office  (Baker Street, London) in 2021 will be subject to review and assessment nearer the time. Our homeworking has proved to be very successful and we are continuing to look at flexible healthy working options for staff as we move forward. 

All We Can is looking for an experienced direct marketing professional to lead our individual giving and direct marketing programme as a key manager within our Public Engagement team. You will help build on the success of recent years, including our Regular Giving Programme, as part of our individual giving programme. Our Methodist donor base has been our key supporter constituency over the years and one we seek to maintain and develop while also introducing new supporters, from new markets.

This person will be highly motivated, passionate about the impact of great fundraising, and committed to the vision, mission and values of All We Can.

With proven abilities drawn from a number of years direct marketing fundraising experience, you will have demonstrable skills in increasing fundraising results and engagement with supporters through direct marketing channels, combined with a strong understanding of best practice in back office processing, data management and supporter care. This is a perfect role for an experienced direct marketing fundraiser looking for an opportunity to lead a team and take overall responsibility for a direct marketing function within a charity. It would also suit an experienced direct marketing manager looking to break into fundraising within the international development and relief sector.
