About the role

Our Fundraising team raises over £4million a year and are heavily supported by members of the community. The Fundraising Support Officer will provide vital support to the wider fundraising team to ensure data is recorded accurately and timely.

During the current COVID 19 pandemic, the role will be partially working from home but will require some hours to be done at the Hospice. Under normal circumstances the role would be predominantly at the Hospice.

About you:

We are looking for someone who has exceptional excel skills, attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.  Outstanding communication skills with a high level of empathy are also required to engage with our supporters, who are often recently bereaved.
