Senior Grant & Fundraising Manager
Salary: £31,200 (pro rata) per annum (FTE £39,000)
Contract: Part-time, permanent (28 hours per week)
Based: The Lodge, Littlemore, Oxford, working from home or remote working

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Senior Grant & Fundraising Manager who is passionate about our cause to work effectively with our team directors and senior leaders to achieve ambitious income targets successfully winning grants and major bids through effective horizon scanning, efficient resource allocation and compelling bid-writing. You will ensure effective financial and progress reporting on projects in delivery, liaising closely with our finance team, project managers and funders.

You will have previous experience of writing compelling high quality and detailed bids to trusts and foundations in order to reach ambitious voluntary income targets. This will require an excellent understanding of the charity’s vision, mission and desired outcomes and financial activities to provide a compelling case for support. You will have experience of managing and developing a team, with a collaborative and charismatic management style and experience of engaging and developing relationships with a range of stakeholders internally and externally.

We’re restoring nature across these beautiful counties and empowering people to connect with their local wildlife. As we work to manage habitats to tackle the nature and climate crises locally, we provide vital breathing spaces in a crowded world, our expert team work with more than 1,700 volunteers to look after 85 nature reserves and four education centres, run hundreds of amazing events, and campaign to make nature’s recovery a reality.
