Grants Manager

Beyond the Streets is a small charity with a big determination to see routes out for women experiencing exploitation within the UK sex industry.  Your role is to lead on the maintenance and development of a strong pipeline of grant funding and relationship development of future and existing funding partners, including major donors.

We are looking for someone with great communication skills, high attention to detail, and a track record in building new partnerships and securing high-level funding from grant making trusts and foundations.

This is a full-time job, but with the possibility of a 4 day a week post for the right candidate. We have offices in Southampton and London and are open to flexible arrangements, including home working. We have the experience to invest in people who are interested in this work. 

You will be passionate about supporting women facing multiple disadvantages, as well as being able to support and motivate staff. You will have great communication skills and be able to champion the cause.

Your role will include:

 - leading on the ongoing development of the Beyond the Streets trust fundraising strategy;

 - overseeing the delivery of the Beyond the Streets trust fundraising strategy, ensuring that our relationships with large grant making trusts are well managed;

 - ensuring that all trust fundraising activities are coordinated and delivered to deadline with the Development Officer;

 - leading on the development of a major donor programme
