Are you looking for a strategic and progressive role within the non-for-profit sector that offers substantial scope to make an impact?

As a member of the Senior Leadership team in the Fundraising and Communications department, you will play a significant role in devising strategies with that bring this new vision to life, and specifically harnessing the relationships with the most engaged supporters, and ensuring that the legacies product is promoted effectively throughout the funnel.

The legacies programme at Brooke is extremely successful as it generates over half of Brooke’s income. Your role will be instrumental to ensure the ongoing success and and continued innovation and evolution of this area of work.

You will work closely with other Heads of Department to develop seamless and integrated supporter journeys, through all earned and paid digital as well as traditional channels. Your team will be key to ensuring a range of appropriate events and products are delivered that appeal to audiences and deliver deeper engagement and greater impact for the organisation.

Skills and Experience required 

We’re looking for a highly experienced senior fundraiser with substantial experience in the area of Legacy Fundraising (Marketing & Administration) Supporter Engagement models / community organising.

As you will play crucial role in the shaping and embedding of the new digital culture and in our ways of working and planning. You will be excited about digital supporter engagement and ready to work with and support colleagues to make it happen. With a strong understanding of digital market and enthusiasm for digital supporter engagement you will be an important shaper and mentor of our culture and plans. You will be a team player and a creative problem-solver. Basically you make things happen. While a keen eye on performance is crucial in your job, it is essential that you work with colleagues in a collaborative and supportive way.
