We’re recruiting for a varied and interesting campaign management role in a supportive and dedicated direct marketing team. Your focus will be on delivering successful supporter recruitment and welcome campaigns across a range of channels including digital and direct mail. You’ll have the chance to bring your experience to both established programmes and innovative new products.
Your main responsibilities will include implementing a programme of new welcome mailings, developing digital welcome communications, project managing the development of new digital acquisition products, monitoring and reporting on performance, assisting with budgeting and forecasting and managing relationships with external suppliers.
We’re looking for a proactive, driven fundraiser with a solid grounding in digital acquisition and/or retention, direct mail and ideally also DRTV. Organised, thorough and brilliant with Excel, you’ll be an experienced campaign manager who can work independently to deliver great results.
A people person who will build positive relationships across the organisation and manage suppliers effectively, you’re also a problem solver with the flexibility to cope with change and competing priorities.
