At Brooke, we are going through a very exciting digital change process across our Fundraising and Comms Directorate.  You will be joining a new team that has been shaped around the audience engagement funnel with each team playing a crucial role in engaging audiences and supporters - from awareness and engagement on different levels through to supporter loyalty. 

Your team will lead the way in driving best in class supporter journeys, across multiple channels, that achieve shared objectives (eg financial, engagement, advocacy).  You will be responsible for content that goes out through key digital or traditional channels for the organisation – such as email marketing or telemarketing.

You’ll lead on integrated campaign projects – working closely with recruitment and community engagement team.  You’ll also work closely with the optimisation team to ensure that data and analytics and driving plans and decisions. 

Skills and Experience required

You should apply if you have an experienced fundraiser, digital campaigner or digital marketing professional who loves working across different specialism to drive a first class supporter engagement and development programme. You’ll have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience across traditional and digital channels.

Every person in the division has a role in the implementation of this transition towards cross channel supporter engagement, but this role is really crucial to its success. You need to be passionate about the potential of digital to support fundraising and engagement. While experience of digital marketing and engagement is very important, you also need to have some understanding of traditional fundraising channels. A keen eye for targets and KPIs is essential in this role, balanced with working collaboratively with colleagues across the department, building on their skills and knowledge.
