Partnerships Manager

Changing Faces is accelerating our corporate strategy and recruiting a brilliant Partnerships Manager to develop our unique and sector-leading strategic corporate partnerships.

This is an opportunity to lead our brand new six-figure partnership with a leading high street retailer, delivering ambitious objectives for the year ahead.

Our partnership activity has grown significantly in the last year and we have a strong pipeline of opportunities through our #PledgeToBeSeen corporate programme.

We are looking for someone who can bring their skills, energy and knowledge to lead and grow our portfolio of corporate partnerships, working closely with the Director of Fundraising & Communications and Chief Executive.

The successful applicant will lead delivery of key national partnerships, including high-profile brand partnerships, Strategic and Charity of the Year opportunities involving employee fundraising, cause-related marketing and high-profile events and campaigns.

Contract: Permanent. (We are open to candidates who wish to work either full-time, part-time, or flexibly.)

Salary scale: £32,000 to £34,035 per year. Changing Faces’ policy is to offer all posts at the first point on this scale.
