This terrible COVID19 pandemic has created previously unimaginable levels of need. In fundraising we’ve retained our focus. Relationships and innovations have been central to our ability to not only deliver but grow income.

As we move forward our Heads need to be brilliant cross-organisational leaders with stacks of emotional intelligence and stakeholder engagement skills. You need to be a role model, inspiring other teams to deliver their best, as well as your own.

This role doesn’t carry an income target, but we cannot generate income without it. You’ll work with your internal customers to help them deliver. You’ll bring an understanding of the role of digital technologies, brand, marketing & audience segmentation to inform income growth.

We work at a fast pace, and the Head of Development & Operations ensures the operational delivery of our strategy.

Key focuses of the role are:

• Strategic planning and delivery
• Supporter insight and experience
• Marketing and development of fundraising propositions

The successful candidate can be based anywhere in Scotland.
