  • Based at CMS House, Oxford, with up to two days’ flexibility for home working (currently CMS employees are working from home following government guidance, and will continue to do so until the government advises office working)
  • Starting salary £37,510 to £40,135, depending on experience, with a generous pension contribution: up to 15 per cent employer contribution on annual salary

Helping a brand new audience understand their place in God’s mission and what impact their support can have, the Direct Marketing Manager will be responsible for direct marketing, both online and offline, to individuals and churches in Britain. With responsibility for digital engagement, you will work closely with others to ensure we have an integrated, and properly resourced, approach to digital development. You’ll work closely with colleagues, particularly on the development and implementation of integrated campaigns.

The successful candidate be educated to degree level or equivalent, with significant experience of working in a marketing, direct marketing or digital fundraising, or marketing, environment. The ideal candidate will have proven people and project management experience and able to deliver income to budget, and will be relational, influential and a self-starter.

It is also a requirement for this post holder to be a committed and practising Christian, enthusiastic about the aims and values of CMS.
