  • Hybrid working – approximately two days a week at CMS House, Oxford. We would also be open to a home-based contract with regular office visits.
  • Starting salary £31,620 depending on experience, rising to £34,710 with a generous pension contribution: up to 15 per cent employer contribution on annual salary

Your role

We are looking for a proactive and talented person who has a strong skillset in both project management and fundraising. You will effectively lead on multiple projects and maintain healthy relationships across teams while supporting the Fundraising and Communications Director, along with being part of a cross organisational team of project managers.

What you’ll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience of successfully leading multiple projects from inception to evaluation, collaborating with others. Experience in working in a marketing, fundraising or communication environment is essential.

It is also a requirement for this post holder to be a committed and practising Christian as well as committed to CMS’s values and aims.
