  • Based in Oxford, open for home-working (currently we are still predominantly working from home. The post holder could work from home 2-3 days per week).

An exciting role has opened up in the Fundraising for Mission team as Individual Fundraising Lead. Reporting directly to the Director of Fundraising for Mission, the Individual Fundraising Lead will take the overall responsibility for fundraising from individual donors including developing the strategic framework as well as scheduling and managing the direct marketing activity of the fundraising team. This includes activity to develop engagement from existing supporters and activity to recruit new supporters to CMS.   

The Individual Fundraising Lead is a permanent, full time role (35 hours per week), with a starting salary of £31,305 per annum, and a generous pension scheme contribution. The role will be based at CMS House, Oxford.

It is essential that the successful candidate be educated to degree level or equivalent, and have experience of working in a direct marketing environment and a proven track record with individual donors, managing or coordinating projects, designing and delivering marketing campaigns and of using databases for marketing purposes. She/he will also have strong analytical and Microsoft Office skills, excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrate high levels of individual initiative. It is also a requirement for this post holder to be a committed and practising Christian, committed to the CMS values and aims, which are detailed on the CMS website.
