About the Department

The Development and Alumni Office (DAO) is responsible for building relationships that inspire alumni, friends, colleagues and donors to support Goldsmiths and help change lives through education and research. The DAO has recently developed exciting new plans to increase income by expanding the regular giving programme. The Regular Giving and Alumni Communications Officer is a new post.

About the role

We are seeking a competent and successful fundraiser to assist the Regular Giving Manager in developing the new regular giving programme. This is a creative and data drive role offering the opportunity to deliver key areas within email, digital fundraising, direct mail, and telephone campaigns. The postholder will also develop communications to the wider Alumni Relations programme.

About the candidate

You will have substantial fundraising experience managing individual giving or regular giving campaigns, including email, direct mail and ideally telephone. You will be able to work with data and use a fundraising CRM such as Raiser’s Edge.
