Groundwork is a charity working locally and nationally to transform lives in the UK’s most disadvantaged communities.

We help people gain confidence and skills, get into training and work, protect and improve green spaces, lead more active lives and overcome significant challenges such as poverty, isolation, low skills and poor health.
Groundwork’s programmes have never been so needed, and we have a number of vacancies in our Programmes & Partnerships, and Contracts Teams, based in our national offices in central Birmingham. Each will help us to manage a range of grant and delivery programmes designed to support communities in need.
We’re looking for people that share our values, are passionate about our cause, and will bring new skills and experiences to our team.
