With a head office in London’s Kings Cross and regional offices in Belfast and Glasgow, we continue reaching out to ensure we engage with the music profession right across the UK and amongst all genres of music.

Demand for the charity’s support continues to grow at a rapid rate and we are determined to make a meaningful difference to more musicians in years to come. We rely completely on donations from music-lovers, so building affection with new audiences and continuing to engage our core and loyal supporters will be vital in ensuring we grows our fundraising revenue to support more musicians than ever before.

As our Individual Giving Manager, you will have direct responsibility for the day to day management of the charity’s individual giving operation, providing effective leadership to the team to drive revenue, improve engagement and build positive long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience of delivering growth, with first-hand experience of developing new individual giving initiatives which appeal to existing and new supporters. You will need to be a strong people manager and experience of leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional results.
