Corporate Partnerships Officer

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Corporate Partnerships Officer to support local wildlife by helping the Trust create enduring partnerships with new and existing businesses.

The Trust is investing in our relationships with local businesses. As part of the Fundraising and Communications Team, the Corporate Partnerships Officer will lead development and delivery of our Business Engagement Plan with the aim to increase income and grow existing and new support for the Trust from local businesses. This role will be responsible for account managing our corporate partnerships including high-value sponsors, donors, project partners and corporate members.

We are looking for someone who has the skill, passion and drive to proactively seek out new funding from the corporate sector, develop tailored partnership proposals and attract new strategic relationships.

You will have excellent communication and account management skills, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and proven experience of using fundraising or contact databases. You will have a proven track record of setting and achieving income and new partnership targets, able to work on your own initiative as well as collaboratively with colleagues across the whole organisation, with an interest in the work of the Trust and nature conservation.
