Key Relationship Executive

We are looking for a passionate Key Relationship Executive to join our successful and growing Advancement team. This is an exciting opportunity to help build the fundraising programme at IFES. You will be joining us at an exciting time as we prepare to launch our new strategic plan under the leadership of our new General Secretary.

Previous experience in fundraising is not essential, as a full induction and on-the-job training will be provided by an experienced major donor fundraiser, so if you are looking for a change or a new challenge this could be the perfect opportunity.

Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, you will build and manage relationships with mid-level donors to raise funds for IFES through telephone, emails, and the creation of direct mail pieces. You will proactively approach donors, apply your analytical skills to create personalized giving plans, and organise special events to thank donors. You will be friendly and approachable, adept at fostering relationships with donors, colleagues, and management, and will be sensitive to working with people from different contexts within an interdenominational Christian organisation.

As part of our UK International Services team, you will be based in our modern offices in the heart of Oxford, overlooking Christchurch college. We offer:
