Volunteer Manager

This is an exciting time to join Leeds Cares as a Volunteer Manager and shape the future of volunteering at the charity. Leeds Cares is about to embark on a £30 million capital appeal and this role will be instrumental in setting up volunteer fundraising groups across the city and the region. There are lots of plans to grow the charity in the future to support more great work at Leeds Teaching Hospitals and volunteers will be at the heart of our strategy going forward.

We are looking for an experienced volunteer manager who shares the values of Leeds Cares and can connect with local groups to grow the number and diversity of volunteers for the charity. A large part of the role will be ensuring volunteers are supported, empowered and have the essential materials and skills to carry out their roles effectively and ultimately have a great experience throughout their time with the organisation.
