MAG saves lives and builds futures by working with others to reclaim land contaminated with the debris of conflict, to reduce the daily risk of death or injury for civilians, and to create safe and secure conditions for development. MAG shared the 1997 Nobel Peace Prize as a founding member of the International Campaign to Ban Landmines for our work to ban landmines. Our vision is a safe and secure future for men, women and children affected by armed violence and conflict. 

We are seeking an Individual Giving Officer to join our dynamic and successful Fundraising Team and support with the delivery of MAG’s individual giving programme. You will develop campaigns, work as part of a wider cross-organisational project team on integrated campaigns to increase voluntary income and develop MAGs mid-level donors. You will work with the Fundraising Officer to provide outstanding supporter care and plan, develop and deliver digital content and support the Individual Giving Manager with the set up and running of appeals and activities.

This will be a varied and challenging role where you will develop your fundraising experience. You will have the ability to work proactively and independently and be able to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will have a strong attention to detail and an enthusiastic approach to work and you will have previous experience working in an Individual Giving role, creating fundraising materials and of working with a fundraising database.

Experience of working on a gaming product and using Donorfy would be advantageous.
