Community Engagement Officer

If the answer is yes, then please come and join us in the Mary Ann Marketing and Income Generation team, based primarily in Nuneaton in our newly created Community Engagement Officer role.  You will be actively working within our local community, businesses and schools to increase awareness of what we do and also increasing levels of community engagement with the work of Mary Ann, developing productive partnerships with a range of organisations and relevant groups.

The main responsibilities of the job will involve raising funds from a range of sources across the local area and developing relationships with local volunteer fundraisers and groups.

We are looking for someone who has great networking skills and excellent interpersonal skills.  You will enjoy meeting people and have great communication skills.  Being adaptable and capable of managing changing priorities and tasks is also essential.

Experience of working in a charity/fundraising environment is desirable, but if you don’t have that, please don’t be put off.  Enthusiasm can be just as successful!
