Head of Corporate Partnerships

Hours: 35 hours per week

Place of work: London/Hybrid

Salary: £51,418 - £59,357 pa depending on experience

The Fundraising Team

The DofE’s fundraising team raises £5m+ per year from Major Gifts, Corporate Partnerships and Events. It creates long-lasting relationships and delivers memorable experiences, excellent stewardship, and robust, impactful partnerships. The team is a vital part of the charity and will be pivotal in providing funds to fuel its strategy. Over the next 5 years the team will deliver funds of £25m+ to ensure the charity continues to deliver on its purpose.

Summary and main purpose

The Head of Corporate Partnerships will be accountable for an annual budget exceeding £1.6m per year with an ambition to reach £2m p.a. in the coming years. 

The Director of Fundraising is eager to appoint an outstanding and go-getting Head of Corporate Partnerships, to form part of the Fundraising department’s senior management team. The ideal candidate will share a passion for the youth without limits strategy and has the drive and determination required to help shape an ambitious growth plan for the corporate function and the Fundraising department.

You will directly manage a Senior Lead-New Partnerships and Senior Lead-Partnership Management, who are responsible for driving income growth across new business/account management.

We are looking for candidates with experience of building and leading fundraising teams, with a track record of success in developing a corporate partnership offering.  Our ideal candidate is highly strategic, with exceptional collaboration, communication and influencing skills.
