Corporate Relationships Manager SE (Fundraiser)

London (with flexibility to travel for meetings in the North East and the South East)

Salary:

£32,000, per annum (Inclusive of £4000 London Weighting)

Full time role:

37 hours per week

Oasis Community Housing, is a Christian charity responding to homelessness and disadvantage, working with people of all faiths and none, providing housing, employability support and other specialised services to develop life skills that will enable people to live successful independent lives.

This role is all about developing new and existing relationships with corporate partners and stewarding their partnership journey. Working as part of the Business Development Unit you would share responsibility for the delivery of our ambitious Income Generation Development Strategy. Using the Shared Value model, you would employ and develop fundraising tools and initiatives with a wide range of businesses of varied sizes and types to deliver partnerships that celebrate the involvement of business in our mission and that deliver the income and profile we need to sustain and deliver our services.

The person we are looking for: Someone who keeps in touch with funding opportunities via networks and connections. Someone who is great at seeing how corporate priorities link to our own and maximising the opportunities for forming partnerships. You will be great at writing about what we do for a corporate audience and presenting face to face in a way that communicates our work with impact.  You will love building relationships, identifying and seizing opportunities and able to communicate our amazing cause in a way that secures loyal support from those who often get lots of requests.

There is an Occupational Requirement for the post-holder to be a practising Christian (Essential) as per exemptions in The Equality Act 2010 (Schedule 9).  Any offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory references and DBS Enhanced Disclosure.
