Head of Youth Work

One YMCA is looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Head of Youth Work, responsible for leading the strategic development of YMCA’s Youth Vision across Herts, Beds and Bucks.

You will work closely with local partners, churches and other faith groups as well as internal YMCA teams. 

A key part of the role is to undertake significant external fundraising, in addition to taking responsibility for the continuous development of the (external) Youth Advisory Panel.

If you are experienced in leading teams to deliver innovative and inspiring youth work, especially amongst young people who are in greatest need, you could be the person we are looking for!

Salary:
Please be aware that the salary for this role will be £44,619 and we will not be able to appoint at a higher salary.

Travel:
This role will require travel around Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire as well as country-wide. You will need to have access to your own suitably-insured car. We will reimburse mileage incurred in the course of work duties.
