Visitor Centre Senior Team Leaders

Aylsham Visitor Centre, Norfolk

Permanent 30 hours per week

£9.80 per hour after completing probation

(There is an additional shift premium for working Sundays and bank holidays)

We are seeking two enthusiastic, organised, and motivated individuals to work together to oversee the Visitor Centre at Redwings Aylsham.

The centre is a friendly, vibrant environment offering a warm welcome to individuals, families and educational groups in order to recruit supporters, generate income to fund our work, and educate people about horse care and welfare.

The post holders will lead the team to engage with visitors, encouraging donations and delivering a high standard of presentation and customer service in the Café and Gift Shop.

They will also undertake administration duties including financial reporting and be responsible for maintaining a general high standard of housekeeping at the site.

This is an excellent opportunity for a leader with experience in a front of house, customer care, retail or café environment, or a development opportunity for the right candidate with team working skills and an enthusiasm for the charity’s cause.

Redwings offers a supportive, collaborative working environment with the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge whilst witnessing first-hand the rewarding work of rescuing, rehabilitating and caring for horses in need.

Please note that the role will require weekend working on a rota basis and it is expected that some out-of-season work take place at our Head offices in Hapton, and/ or distanced support, via PC, from the Aylsham site.

A full clean driving licence and the use of a vehicle is required.
