Fundraising Director

Kiln Theatre

Kilburn, London

Salary from £45,000 pa plus good benefits

Proudly located in Brent, North-West London, we strive to be an ambitious producing theatre that is both internationally recognised and deeply rooted in our local community. We believe that everyone should feel entitled to call Kiln Theatre their own and we want all visitors to feel empowered by their engagement with us.

We have an excellent fundraising strategy and programme, influenced at every level by our organisational values and operating in line with our mission to make theatre for everyone.  We are seeking an exceptional individual to become our next Fundraising Director. We are clear on who we are, why we do what we do, and our path forward.  We need someone who recognises the achievements of the last five years and can see what a brilliant opportunity this is to take fundraising to the next level.

You will become part of a talented, highly capable Senior Team and be fully supported by a Board of Trustees, who not only understand the importance of fundraising they positively relish helping to make it a success.

Experience of working in theatre or the performing arts is not a prerequisite for this role. It is vital that you have an open and enquiring mind, a desire to learn about theatre and that you share Kiln's values.  It is essential that you can demonstrate an excellent fundraising track record and exceptional communication skills. If this sounds like you and you’re ready to take on a strategic role, we’d love to start a conversation.  Please contact our recruitment partner, Sonja Dunphy at Richmond Associates, for a confidential conversation or visit their website to download more information on the role.
