Marketing Campaign Manager - Individual Giving

You will join us as an Individual Giving Campaign Manager responsible for individual giving acquisition campaigns and initial supporter journeys, delivering a great supporter experience and growing net income for RNIB.

Marketing Campaign Manager - Individual Giving Responsibilities:

- Responsible for day to day management and optimisation of supporter recruitment and welcome campaigns through multiple channels including DRTV, telemarketing, face to face, and digital.
- Co-ordinate campaign briefing, delivery and evaluation. Ensure all activity is carried out on time, within budgets, and to agreed standard, working with face to face and telemarketing agencies, as well as creative agencies, media agencies, printers and fulfilment houses. This includes: Producing clear campaign briefs. Co-ordinating the review of creative concepts, copy and artwork, and face to face / telephone scripts. Train face to face fundraisers at campaign launch and as required during the campaign. Regular reviews with face to face and telemarketing agencies to ensure delivery against KPI’s. Co-ordinate post-campaign review and learning process.
- Assist with creative ideas and write copy where required.
- Monitor campaign budgets and update on variances versus agreed objectives. Input to monthly income and expenditure forecasting.

Marketing Campaign Manager - Individual Giving Requirements:

- Knowledge and experience of key marketing principles and techniques.
- Experience of working with a variety of suppliers (e.g. creative direct marketing agencies, face to face or telemarketing agencies) to deliver acquisition campaigns.
- Experience of direct marketing to individuals, with experience in one or more of: face to face, telemarketing, Direct Response TV (DRTV).
- Experience of monitoring results and income and expenditure performance versus budget.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a target-driven team.

Salary: £28,463 to £30,949 per annum (including London Weighting)
