It is an exciting time to be joining the RNIB Relationships Operations Team. We are continuously reviewing our services with a commitment to improving our levels of Supporter Care. This team wants to be one of the best, if not the best, Supporter Care Teams within the charity sector, and we are now looking to recruit individuals who are equally as dedicated to providing exceptional levels of customer care to our RNIB donors and supporters.

Relationships Fulfilment Officer Requirements:

The role of Relationships Fulfilment Officer is pivotal toward creating excellent levels of rapport with supporters and donors by possessing excellent communication skills; confidently talking to our supporters on the phone, as well as being able to create personalised / bespoke letter and email responses acknowledging why supporters choose to donate to RNIB.

It is also important that you have excellent attention to detail when processing donations, ensuring that donations are handled in a speedy, accurate and efficient manner.

Your experience will have been gained from either the non-profit or commercial sector.

Job type: Full Time, Permanent, 36 hours per week

Salary: £22,509 per annum (Inc. London weighting)

You may have experience of the following: Supporter Care Officer, Customer Service Officer, Customer Care Officer, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, Call Centre Operative, Contact Centre Operative, Fundraising Officer, Fundraising Assistant, Fundraising Administrator, Fundraiser, etc.
