Development Manager

We are looking to recruit an experienced Development Manager to maximise our fundraising capabilities. This will be an incredible opportunity to develop and deliver a fundraising strategy to grow sustainable income while engaging with and promoting new supporter relationships. This role has a special relationship with the Rochester Cathedral Trust whose objective is to provide financial support to assist the Cathedral. 

The Development Manager will work closely with the Trustees to maximise their personal contacts when making applications to trusts, foundations and individual donors.

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, with strong interpersonal skills who is able to build rapport quickly with all stakeholders.
