What you’ll be doing:

  • Inspiring, developing and managing regional supporters to achieve their goals by offering outstanding, tailored stewardship. We aim to achieve a ‘supporter first’ approach.

What we are looking for:

  • Someone who can think strategically to drive a high level of engagement to proactively identify, support, and retain our valued supporters.
  • Someone with a successful track record of building strong internal and external relationships and generating income from community and corporate opportunities.
  • Someone with a growth mindset who is solution focused. Someone who can manage their time and workload, and utilise our given processes, systems, and parameters to overcome barriers.
  • Someone who can deliver a personal portfolio within an overall team budget, demonstrating an understanding of how to mitigate risk and maximise return on investment.
  • Someone with strong communication skills, with the credibility and authority to inspire others, who can coach and mentor peers by sharing their skills and best practice.
