Who are we?

Recently named Third Sector Charity of the Year 2018, we are a rapidly growing charity seeking to accelerate change for those affected by brain tumours, which kill more children and adults under 40 in the UK than any other cancer. Our five-year strategy is ambitious and sets out plans to double survival from brain tumours and halve the harm they cause to quality of life.

Our exciting job role!

The Individual Giving Manager will play an important role in the development and delivery of our individual giving strategy and will help to deliver a multi-channel direct marketing programme.  This role will work collaboratively with the wider Fundraising team, to ensure our supporter journeys are maximising lifetime value and that new supporters are stewarded towards further engagement.

This role is full time - 37.5 hours and will be based in our Farnborough office, with some out‑of‑hours working.

According to the job description you should also have a proven track record in growing revenue through individual givers, you will be a direct marketing all-rounder; able to develop strategies, get involved in hands-on project delivery and develop engaging online and offline content. - Salary c.£40,000 (dependent on experience)
