Our exciting job role!

The Triage Team Officer will ensure we deliver high quality experience for our donors and supporting.  The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a superior level of service to, and triage of, callers, from handling first communications to subsequent stewardship of tier one supporters.

This role is full time - 37.5 hours and will be based in our Farnborough office, with some out‑of‑hours working.

According to the job description you should also have proven experience of working in a busy telephone and administrative support role and an understanding of the fundraising environment.
