Donor Retention Coordinator

The vision of The Charity for Civil Servants is a lifelong community; with people offering effective support for each other when life takes a turn for the worse. We listen without judgement and offer practical, financial and emotional support.

Our supporters are our lifeblood, with most being current or former civil servants themselves. Right now we have over 80,000 active donors and it’s thanks to their support that we can continue to be there when people need us most.

We are currently recruiting for a Donor Retention Coordinator, who will play a key role in driving donor engagement and loyalty by developing and delivering campaigns and initiatives to welcome, thank and retain donors.

Working as an integral member of our Individual Giving team, the Donor Retention Coordinator will ensure that both new and existing donors feel valued and appreciated. They will support the development and implementation of a cross-channel programme of regular impact reporting, feedback and stewardship, as well as devising strategies to win back lapsed donors and reduce attrition rates.

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for customer service, and bring experience in planning and delivering fundraising or marketing campaigns to engage and retain supporters or customers.

If this sounds like you, the closing date for applications is 5pm on Friday, 30th April 2021.
