HOURS: 22.5 -30 hours a week (0.6 FTE by default, but up to 0.8 FTE for the right candidate, see below)

CONTRACT: 12 month fixed term (maternity cover)

SALARY: £27,000 pro rata (28,500 pro rata for the right candidate, see below)

REPORTS TO: CEO

BASED: St Agnes Lodge, St Paul’s, Bristol (with some homeworking required during the Covid-19 pandemic)

The Green House provides free therapy to children, young people, and adults affected by sexual abuse at any point in their lives. With over 30 years of experience working in this area, we have built up a strong reputation for making a difference to the lives of those who have experienced trauma, through the delivery of quality services with proven outcomes.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced and committed person to join our staff team as our Trusts & Foundations Fundraising Officer.

You will be a skilled fundraiser with a proven track record of winning and maintaining grant income. Your knowledge of the current funding environment and your clear eye for new opportunities will assist you as you implement The Green House’s fundraising strategy.

You will have the opportunity to learn about the lifechanging impact of our services, and from this explore and develop new ways of fundraising for The Green House that amplify and honour the voices of survivors.

Although not essential to the role, if a candidate also has the experience and skill to manage communications over social media and curate effective content on our website the hours and salary will be uplifted to reflect this.
